Great Eastern Trading — Delayed delivery of product

I have purchased a LG T322RPZY 308 lit shiny steel refrigerator on 1st november.Billing was done from siliguri, darjeeling branch and the product was supposed to be delivered at Suri, Birbhum(Samanway pally).Today is 9th.I was told that it will take 4/5 days time for delivery.still no traces of delivery even there is no way to track my order status.
