I have purchased a washing machine (Samsung brand) from your nager bazar branch on 16/04/2016. But till date, the same did not deliver from your nager branch.

For your kind information on 19/04/2016, i have received a sms from samsung customer care regarding a demonstration and the reference no. Is - [protected]. The service engineer already contacted me over phone to demonstrate the machine but the same should not be deliver from your nager branch.


So, please send the washing machine at an earliest to my residential address.
