Respected Sir/Madam,
We have bought Daikin FTL50UV16U2 1.5 TON 3S Split AC I/D on 27.04.2023 in the name of Bidhan Chandra Sikdar.
For last few days, the AC is malfunctioning as water is splashing out of the machine. We reported the same to GREAT EASTERN SINTHI MORE BRANCH yesterday i.e. 29th August as the machine is within warranty period.
The contact person for the same has been Mr. Shubhasish with Contact Number: [protected]. He has told us that he is going to inform DAIKIN SERVICE CENTRE and get back to us. But it has been two days, he has not reached out. He is also not picking up the phone.
During the buying of the product, the same person has shown utmost enthusiasm but now he just disappears and ignores customers like us when the context of maintenance occurs.
This is very frustrating for us and we are losing faith in Great Eastern. This kind of behaviour is very much dissapointing. And hence I am requesting to address this concern ASAP and take necessary action against Mr. Shubhasish.
