Goods are not being delivered even after repeated followup by garia branch and the sales girl miss ranjana misbehaved over phone today on enquiry. Had planned to purchase all my equipments here but now i will make sure none of my colleagues or friends visit this store. The contact no mentioned in the order receipt is incorrect. None of the staffs tried to contact me even after i lodged complaint in consumer affairs yesterday moreover ranjana insulted me over phone and disconnected

I bought a 28 litters Samsung MC28M6055CK SMART OVEN.There is ckear notification in the catalogue that TWO BOROSIL bowl's are free with 28 litters micro oven.BUT nothing's handover to me and the employee says that company doesn't provided any bowl's.I think this is clearly cheating with the CUSTOMER.
