Great Eastern Trading — Sale of defective washing machine.

Dear sir,
I bought a washing machine from Great Eastern, Alwar Rajasthan on 14.10.2025 vide invoice number R5222/2526/01923.
Next day when the technician came to install the machine, he told me that the machine was defective. He also made a video of the defect. We talked to the dealer and he said that he will get it repaired. He also talked to the technician.
Now, who would accept a new machine with defects even if it coule be repaired. I told the dealer to replace the machine. but he refused altogether.
Now please look into the matter and get my washing machine replaced as soon as possible.
If such a big company as Great Eastern can deliver a defected piece that is completely packed, how can I trust it.
I would think twice before buying any product from Great Eastern.
