I bought a samsung digital inverter ac from your sodepur branch on 11.5.2018 and the name of the sales man was subir karmakar. My ac is defected i have not used the ac. Yesterday technicians came and tried to repair but they failed a told them that i will not keep this ac thet should replace it and i informed mr subir kumar. He told me that he will talk to service and will replace it. To day i called him on 12.15 pm. He said he will talk to service again i called him on about 12.15 pm his behaviour was rude and then i said i will go to consumer forum then he lough and said to me that i can go any where and cut the phone. What is this?
If my issue is not resolved today then i will surely go through the consumer forum and will take step against you. And i am attaching the copy of invoice.
