[Resolved] Great Holiday Club — at time of membership not cleared with all terms and conditions

At time of giving membership not cleared with all terms and conditions like cancellation, only 2 rooms can be book at time. Secondly, till date unable to book any such property as with first request financial closing was going then now company required from customer to book according to their flexible days. Please any senior from company, help to get either refund amount or better services.

This complaint was misunderstanding created by company employee & this point is invalid. As i have still not utilised any service, now company is in process to refund Rs.30, 000 after deducting 45% of total amount.
