When the services provided that time we were ensured that we will get best resort with extra spa and saloon services with pick and drop also includes breakfast. But when i booked resort it is located 14 km away from main city and no pick up and drop services. He put also extra charge o[censored]tility per day and night. No meal at all. He told you have membership so you have to pay this all. If we will not a member then in 3000 we will get all this free including gst. I paid to you 50000 rs one time charges and 8, 800 maintenance charges and now 2000 for utility. If i figure out it then i am paying more then 3000 per day but i am not getting facilities as per the amout. The resort is in remote location and not safe for womens. After this all experience i am disappointed with you services and want to discontinue the services and refund of my money. Was this information helpful? |
