Great Holiday Club — Complaint against great holiday club Regarding 65000 Fraud Agreement | |||
We came to goa for vocations.on the 25 th feb 2020 below incident was done.we were approached by sales exicutive swapnil on road who asked us to choose some random number vouchers and one of our voucher showed prize won from great holiday club Resort. Swapnil asked me to come over to the place for small representation by team and collect prize after cratching the card.we went to the presentation where Mr.Jeetu mo no-[protected] Deepali- sales manager Mo no-([protected]) Asked us to take their membership plan which we rejected as were not interested and not affordable as per my credit card limit. Still Deepali (sales manager) pushed me to let her check the credit card limit for which we were not ok. Deepali took the card assuring s to just check the balance but instead she swiped my card and made Transaction of 65000/- without my knowledge and made fraud agreement. They cheated with us and made false statements and withdrawn 65 k.they clearly aaid that we can cancel membership within 7 day they denying now.which is totally unacceptable. that was last day in Goa and i was returning back to pune.I was in hurry that is why i cannot file complaint against them. After that I tried to contact their customer care and thet denied to Refund the money.It is totally fraud company as i researched from website and also seen so many complaints towards company.
