What sort of company is this? Not everyone can become Club Mahindra, Sterling, Country Club etc. The rules of engagement of these Time Share companies are vicious circle. If you like to demand your money back, I guess you should tell them orally and in written form, and if that is already done and the resolution has not yet reached the conclusion, then I would recommend you to file a complaint of Fraud.
