I have taken membership ( GO122021A[protected]SH ) from great holidays however we were not provided with any of the facilities as stated while explaining the facilities
We haven't received our 7across kit( ID 7125586).6 months have passed by but I have not received it and wherein we were said that our international holidays will be free in odd years.
We were being fraud by your deemed company and we therefore need our full amount which we paid during our membership
Mr. Mahesh and Ms Zia is very keen in fooling people by their marketing strategies in frauding people and taking their hard earned money as they are not available now whenever we try to reach out to them.
We want our international trip i.e Maldives Booking any how by your company free for which we will provide the booking details once we receive a reply from your end promptly.
