        We booked a cab first on 15th Aug for an evening Dinner at 8:15 PM. At 8PM we got a message that due to non-availability of Cabs in our area our booking got cancelled. And since we wanted a cab immediately as our table was booked in a resturant, we cudn't get any cabs at such short notice. Finally we had to book and auto and go. Secondly I booked a cab for Aug 19th morning for my flight at 6 AM. I made the booking 1 day in advance so that they would be no cancellations. I didnot receive any confirmation message. But whenever I called them through out the day, the only response i got was they will send the confirmation message soon and it was getting delayed just because of the server glitch. I called them 5 times for the confirmation message and everytime got the same reply.. On the night before my travel, around 11:30PM when I called them to send me details, they said my cab was cancelled. And they even gave a lame excuse stating since the survey was going on, all cabs to airport were cancelled and police has given strict warnings to all cab companies.I even asked them to connect to supervisor and he explained the same thing. When I said if my flights were also cancelled, assuming all cabs were banned to travel to airport, then he replied we don't know madam, we're very sorry and all that crap. Later we booked a cab from Meru cabs. There were no Issues. It came on time and all other cabs were running as usual.Its the most unprofessional behaviour I have faced from any cab company. I don't understand If you don't have a Cab then why the hell do you confirm a booking.And to add to it, the supervisors are also the same. This company is run by all Unprofessional, Illiterate and dumb people. I was a regular user of Green cabs. But everyone has a patience limit. I AM NEVER EVER GOING TO BOOK A GREEN CAB AGAIN.

          Today i booked 2 cabs for 8hrs - 80kms - 1200/- package. I also enquired that what will be the amount if i exceeds 8hrs if i travelled below 80kms. Customer care guy told that i have to pay 60/- per hour in that case. I booked for sharp 10AM both cabs. But one came at 10AM and other at 10.20AM, completed travel at 7.20PM. In this case as per customer care information, i have to pay 1200/- + 60/- = 1260/-, but these guys asked for 10hrs - 100kms - 1500/-. Since i rejected to pay 1500/-, they argued with me so much of time.This is disgusting, also they has taken us in long routes. I never had this type of experience with any of other cabs.Finally i paid 1400/- each. They are not providing customer friendly service, they are cheating customers. *** DONT BOOK GREEN CABS IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ***

            I booked a Green cab a day before, from KONDAPUR to NECKLEC ROAD on 15 AUG 2014 at 05:10AM for dropping.They had booked the cab and sent an sms with booking ID B000864. Customer care guy said that we will sms the driver detail an hour before and cab driver will call us..But around 4:30 AM I got SMS that my booking cancelled due to unavailability of cab at given pickup area.
            I had no words to explain my condition.

              I had booked for cab service yesterday vide booking NO.B000558 for providing car on 27.04.14 at 8.15am for going from Hanumanpet, Mlakjgiri to Kukutpally. . I had specifically requested for sticking to time because I had drop my son for an entrance exam. Msg was given on my mobile [protected]. When I got no call from the driver, at 7.55am I of 27.04.2014, contacted ur Office over phone. I was promised that car would be sent in '5 mts'. I called again at 8.15am with specific request to give feedback. No response. Again at 8.25am, when I called again, I was made to hold the line and aftr 5mts, ur person informs me that the booking was cancelled by me previously. I was aghast, angry and confronted him saying 'what idiotic point'. At this, he counters me accusing me of calling him '' and puts down the phone. I called up again to lodge a complaint, same person picks up the phone and after brief discussion agreed to put me on to his supervisor. Instead of supervisor coming on line, the same guy come on line and promises to provide car in 1/2hr time which I refused. I feel this highly unprofessional attitude o[censored]r company that is further compounded by discourteous behaviour o[censored]r staff.                 This is regarding pathetic service provided by GREEN CABS. I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Green CABS. I am a frequent flyer to airport and on my friends suggestion I have booked your CAB for the first time. {B000396 --> 30sep 2013 10PM Mehdipatnam to airport}. But, you have spoiled a beautiful occasion (My Uncle's return from abroad) because of a cheap, rude and Careless behavior of your driver [Prashant - 1103]. I do not understand, why the HELL THE BLOODY DRIVE wants to talk to us with his stupid language, quarrels with me like am buying some road side vegetables. He doesn't how to address a customer. I was travelling with my family and he has not even spoke to us politely instead, murmuring continuously. He always responded the way he was talking to some X or some roadside, When he represents your company YOU SHOULD TRAIN HIM and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHEAP BEHAVIOR. When I was already sitting in the vehicle and speaking to your customer care team (Mohammed Shroff & Mohammed Owais), he was murmuring himself all the time and says "COMPLAINT WHOMSOEVER You CAN". One thing which is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE is HE WAS CRITICIZING ME WHEN I SAID, "I AM A SOFTWARE ENGINEER" and banged the doors. I have never seen such a cheap bugger working for an organization. However, we see such people as auto/rickshaw drivers but not as a CAB Driver in a good organization. By the way, we were not LATE but he and his driving was utterly cheap. I would NEVER AGAIN book a cab from Green CABS and I would never suggest someone because of pathetic situation that I had for 45 minutes. Not sure if only him or all of your drivers are same kind. But, kindly do not encourage such bloody _________ DRIVERs and if you still want to continue such kind of people, please train them, so that, they won’t spoil someone's occasion next time.                 The Driver provided by GREEN CABS was pathetic. The way he speaks to us, his stupid language, his foolishness, completely spoiled my trip.

                I have opted numerous cab services in the past 2 years, but, I have never such rude behavior from a cab driver (Green Cabs), You can only find such people as Auto drivers/Rickshaw drivers.

                Not sure if only him or all of Green CAB drivers are same kind. But, they should not encourage such bloody _________ DRIVERs
                and if they still want to continue such kind of people, they have to train them, so that, they won’t spoil someone's occasion next time.

                I dont have any grudge, but, am completely disappointed with that trip.

                I would rate them with negative stars if there was such option.

                  This is the worst cab service I have ever experienced.
                  The cab was very dirty and stinking.
                  Seats were in almost torn condition.
                  A/C was blowing hot air with dust.
                  I couldn't tolerate that even for 3km travel and immediately got down from it and informed to green cab.
                  They said I need not pay anything; as I have just traveled 3km only. But the cab driver started to quarrel with us and demanded 300/- for cancelling the cab service.
                  I complained about his behavior to "Green cab" but they asked me to pay him 180/- .
                  They promised to arrange a better cab immediately, so I paid the driver.
                  But these buggers made me wait for 1hr on the road with my family and they didn't turn up.
                  I called up number of times to know the status, but I could not connect to them.(Might have barred my number).
                  They spoiled my day.
                  Never trust these people; their cabs are the worst and crap.

                    I booked a Green Cab for Friday 22nd April 2011 from Reliance Complex, Troop Bazaar to Hotel Novotel, Hitech City. That has to be the worst cab ride of my life.

                    1. Taxi didn't have a meter in it. Yes...there was no meter in that Indica. I was surprised to see the Indica in the first place.
                    2. Taxi didn't have a printer to print fare receipt.
                    3. Taxi was extremely dirty. The upholstery would make clothes dirty and the floor was full of mud filth.
                    4. When asked to turn on the AC, the cab driver refused by saying that the engine was repaired only 3 days ago so he can't turn on the AC. He further argued saying I should have specified at the time of booking that an AC cab is required.
                    5. On contacting the Green Cab call center a guy by the name Naresh Kajuveni said, that nothing could be done and I will have to pay the full fare. Despite several attempts to make him see logic, he kept repeating the same lines like a dumb parrot.

                    When I asked for a receipt, the cab driver asked me to write my email id on a torn sheet of paper for the receipt to be emailed. The call center person confirmed the same. It's been 4 days since that and I haven't got the receipt.

                    I have photos of the dirty cab in shambles to prove what I am talking about. This is definitely the filthiest and most disrespectful cab ride of my life. Never in my life would I travel by Green cab and nor should anyone else. They have no concept of Customer service at all.

                      I had booked a Green cab from secundrabad station to miyapur on[protected]:15AM) for dropping.They had booked the cab and sent an sms that my cab was booked and their cab driver will call us.But no bpdy has called me i waited till 6'o clock came by auto.I had tried reach their customer care they were lifting the phone but no body is responding for it.This type of operator services has to be cancelled.

                      hyderabad. I had booked a Green Cab on 28th december 2009
                      for a cab from Banjara Hills to Shamshabad Airport for 01
                      January 2010 at 3.45am (for a flight at 6am in the morning).

                      I never received the cab, no sms from the company regarding
                      the cab status and the details. I tried getting in touch with
                      the company, but in vain.

                      With great difficulty i could manage to reach the airport.

                      After returning back to hyderabad on 03rd Jan 2010, i
                      contacted green cabs , there one mr . srinivas who claimed to
                      be a supervisor said will look in the matter and call me back,
                      but never received a call till date.
                      i booked green cab on 17 apr 2010 ( 6 PM) for 1 hour package from L.B.Nagar, hyderabad to Kacheguda railway station. starting from 5 pm i contacted customer care of green cab 4 times to know the cab details they said sharp 6 pm vehicle will be at my premises but 5.50 pm they said booking is canceled by green cabs. this is 3rd time that such problems are faced from green cab.

                      green cabs service people were are not ready to note down complaint also.

                      i request every one from now onwards to book green cabs through a mobile or landline for a particular package and switch of the mobile or disconnect the landline temporarily until booking time is over. it is preferable that once in a week the same work is to be done.

                      please forward this information to every one whom you know.

                      Last week i faced the same problem with M/s Green Cabs. I booked Green Cab on last friday i.e. 4/06/2010 for my parents to drop them at Golconda Fort from my house. Booking was confirmed by Cab did not turned up and no information was also not sent, why cab could not be sent. I was in meeting and could not attend my parent's call, and came to know later that they could not go that day.

                      I again booked cab on tuesday for same location at same time i.e. 4 PM, but since my parents were not well i cancelled the booking well within the time i.e. 11AM.

                      Again i booked on next friday i.e. yesterday on 11/06/10 for the same location, but again they did not sent the cab. This time when my parents informed me that cab did not came, i started calling them. First they told that cab which was assigned earlier got breakdown and they are sending another cab. I asked the driver contact no. The no they given me was switched off.

                      I again called them and they started telling me the stories that due to heavy rain in Mehdipatnam area cab is not able to come to my place and they can send only after 2 hrs.

                      I asked they why they took the booking when they are unable to send cab. The person simply disconnected the line without giving any proper reply.

                      Every time i booked taxi atleast 8 hrs before, but never i got the message for driver no and cab no which normally they send before one hr.

                      I tried all other cabs, but due to not immediate availabilty i could not get the cab and finally i had to send them thru autorikshaw.

                      This was really a very bad experience i had with Green Cab

                      HI, my name is Kamini, I have requested for a cab on Aug 28, 2010 to picked at Kondapur and the drop was at Afzal gunj, they have give me the registration number as 485 and when I have called them twice to know why i have not recived the message on my phone for the same; the call was on the call center and they said that the survey was down that is the reason it is delayed and the cab reporting was 9:45 PM; at 9 PM when i tried reaching the green cab number at 44004400, the call was on hold for 10 minutes and nobody took the call, "IF GREEN CAB CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT COMMIT, THEY SHOULD BETTER SHUT DOWN IT. it is really difficult to get a service during the night hours.

                      HIGHLY DISSATISIFIED CUSTOMER.

                      Green Cabs — non provision of service

                      i booked a cab on 11.02.2011 for dropping from ngos colony to kukatpally at 7.15 pm though i received confirmation message the cab did not turn up when i contacted the call center one person told me that the driver is on the way and reach me as scheduled and sent me an sms with drivers name and cell no but the driver did not call me even after 8.00pm when myself contacted he switched off the phone. Then i made alternative arrnagements. It gave me lot of trouble besides wasting my time. My advise to Green cabs is that when ur not in a position to provide service pl tell the people at the outset without making them frustrate.
                      I also suffered in the same way. I booked a cab (4 Hours / 40 KMs package) for sightseeing on 17th Feb 2011. I booked it for 10:00 AM and they confirmed it. They told that I'll get a message with Driver's No & Car No at 9:30 AM. I din't get any message or call from them. Finally I called them at 10:00 AM and they informed me that Cab ll come at 10:30 AM. I waited till 10:30 but finally cab came at 11:15 AM.

                      They don't even bother to call the waiting customers & inform them about the changes. Call center also sucks as they keep customer waiting on hold & don't provide any satisfactory answer.
                      it is a bad cabs and bad call taker...

                        I am a pregnant lady and booked a cab at 8am from Maredpally to Begumpet on 4th March, and the pick up time was 9:30am. I spoke to one Mr. Raja Reddy, and booked for a cab. But, the cab never turned up even till 10:30am, When I called them, a woman received my call n just hung up the phone without even listening to me. I hired an auto and was late to my destination. Is this the service provided by Green Cabs, cancelling the order without prior information. Its utterly waste service.

                        I second it. Its a waste service. I had problem with these guys two times.
                        First, I booked the cab at 5pm and the pickup time was 8pm but the driver called me at 9:30pm asking for address.
                        Second, the cab was booked for pickup at 8:30am but didnt turn up till 8:45am. When we called the service 24606060 they replied saying that there was no booking but the driver called us at 9am after we placed a booking with another cab.

                        Finally we can say that the management is very poor or they have a very bad system in place.
                        I too had a very bad time with their services.
                        I missed my train due to these guys. Had booked the cab 2 days in advance & my booking was at 6.30 am as my train departure was 7.20 am. I had to travel from Madhapur to Secundrabad statiosn.

                        Called the cabs guys pervious night of my travel and at 5-30 am on the day of my travel. Till 6.30 am didnt got a msg or call got panicked and again the call center. Nobody gave a proper reply. I was left deserted and missed my train as the auto was not able to reach station on time.

                        By the way, these cheats called me at 6.50 am stating that the cabs will be coming in 25 mins.

                        What a pity!!

                        DONT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES.

                        This is the badest cab service ever i seen in the world. I have traveled to about 15 countries around the world. but this company put me in real bad situation. I had an important meeting on 9th Aug 2009 at Golkdonda Hotel. i booked the cab under the booking number B000524. The cab never arraived on time. I spoke to the call center. they said we are sorry. the car has some mechanical failur. and we dont have any other cab at the moment. maybe after one hour.

                        See how they put the customer in bad situation without any care.

                        Finaly Dont ask service from this company .
                        I would agree with all the comment on Green Cabs. I was to take a cab to the airport. The driver did not call untill upto the last minute - when I had already made alternate arrangements for myself - and then was also very rude. The driver demanded that why didn't I call him up if he hadn't called me. Do I need to remember the driver that it is his responsibility to call up and be on time for my pick-up. I have since stopped using green cabs and don't even refer it to anyone.

                        10 mins before my pick-up time I called them to check the status of the cab. They told me that the cab will be at my pick-up place in 10 mins.
                        20 mins later I called them again and they told me that they will not be able to send the cab. The next time you book a Green cab, make alternate arrangements too. If you are lucky the cab will turn up but there good chances are that it will not.
                        I had a very worst experience with these GREEN CAB people, i booked Green Cab at 11:31 AM on 05-08-10
                        from shanti nagar to lakadikapool, my Booking number is B000239, and said that my pick up time is at 10:00 PM. And i Again called him at 09:11 PM to remind him, they said that by 09:30 the cab driver will contact me.I have to be at my destination place by 10:30PM. But even at 10:00 PM no one came and that too there was a very heavy rainfall, then atlast i hired an auto with double fare and caught the bus.Then again i Called him but there was no response .

                        What a worst service, if you pepole are unable to arrange then you had to say it, because of you people alot of time waste for me and i'm carrying gold ornaments to other city . Its better to close your services rather than providing this type of dissatisfying service.

                        Completely Agree with all complaints...worst ever cab service
                        I agree. Green Cabs in hyderabad is a waste. I was not presented with the bills even after repeated followups.
                        I was suprised to see a maruti 800 in worse condition to have arrived for my pickup delaying my travel plans further.
                        Will never advise anyone for GREEN CABS :(

                        There are many other cab services & advise to opt for them.

I came from Banglore to Hyderabad and booked cab on 12th Aug from Kondapur to Kacheguda at 7 PM as my train timings is 9 PM. I have not recieved any call from these people, when i called these stupids informed that cab will reach within 5 mins @ 7.00 PM and they replied same answer even at 7.30 & 7.45 PM too. Finally missed the train because of these stupid fellows.

                        So freinds requesting all don't prefer these kind of stupid services.

                        This is a bloody service and should be banned immediately. No one should encourage such rogues who never keep up their promise and fail to send the cabs on time. I had a very bitter experience with these guys. Trust me.

                        I absoultely agree with above people comments . Its totaly disgusting with there services . The quality of the people in the call centre are more worse than in general store . They never take serious about the urgency of the clients and vey irritateing thing was if we call back to call centre regards to the know status they disconnect the calls and by not having the courtesy to expalin the reason of no sending on time . i would request all not book the cabs specially when in urgency !!!
                        Yes I AGREE, GREEN CABS is a worst service, the call center staff misbehaves, they have no manners. I booked the cab continuously for a month, mornings and evenings. First few (9 to 10 )days it was fine. after that, the evening cab was not turning up. I call them up at 4:00p.m. everyday to find out if the cab is coming at 5:30p.m. They confirm that they will send a cab. At 5:00p.m. I get a call that there is some technical problem, vehicle breakdown, driver not coming, GPRS not working, all possible reasons. I cancelled the evening bookings. The problem started with morning bookings. The booking was at 8:45a.m. One fine day, the cab did not come, there was no sms, no call...no information if they are sending the cab or not. I called them at 8:40a.m. to know that they will not be sending any cab. I asked them to cancel even the morning bookings. When I called them today at 7:00am., to book the cab at 9:00a.m., they confirm the booking and later say that since you have cancelled all the bookings we did not take this booking, so rude, it was like taking grudge on me since i hav cancelled the bookings. If thevey had no cab or if they do not want to send cab to this customer (me, since i have cancelled the bookings), they would have told me at 7:00a.m. I would have booked another cab. I got very very irritated.
                        Caution Ladies...Never board in if you get a call from the following Mobile no -[protected], Driver Name- Ram. Green Cab Service...He is very rude, he misbehaves and Greencab Customer Service will never help. Today we had a very bad day when we went to Airport from home.

                        I've already placed a complaint against this person in cyderabad police...This is no fake...Please consider this as sensitive information.
                        The above complaint regarding green cabs may be true but that is not the actual green Cabs that is green Taxi, the correct green cabs contact no. is[protected]/7) customer service number... No issues regarding Green cabs... Happy journey with Green cabs ...
