[Resolved] GTPL — frequent disconnection of broadband service | |||
I am a subscriber of the services which has become far from satisfactory. My user name is jstriv, using broadband services in Paradise Complex, Sayajigunj, Vadodara. In last 7 seven days I had to lodge 7 complaints and since 14th July, there is no connectivity. Customer Care people note down complaints after complaints and their job is over. They neither escalates the issue to higher levels, and if insisted upon they just give name of Nodal Officer- Mr. Bhavesh Berva. This gentleman is never picks up the phone. If we prefer to talk to operator, nobody comes on line and phone gets disconnected with sentence 'Thank you for contacting GTPL" Without giving any response or reply, how they say satisfactory services? Who are the responsible person for such neglected customer services. I run stockmarket operations with Internet and I am incurring losses for which who is responsible? If my problem is not resolved, this matter will be taken up to competent authorities/ Media like CNBC AAWAZ or Local News Paper. Was this information helpful? | |||
