I have Broadband net facility since last 1 and half month, which is regularly interrupted.
the staff do not respond properly. Even the Technician don't receives the call.
the answer given by staff is helpless.
Even i was disturbed such a extent that I argued for repayment.
We have hostel with 500 students, are permitted to use GTPL Net facility in the same building. Where I am Superintendent. This complaints are most regular.
This problems are since the inception of this facility, you can take the record.
Daily, I have to phone and westing my time and money, but at the end No result.
please Cooperate.
