GTPL — internet not working company closed complain without resolution

With my complain on dated 19/08/2019 is closed without solution.
Again i have registered complain on dtd 21/08/2019 complain closed without resolution
My complain re-open dtd 26.8.19 again closed without resoluation.
Than again registered my complain still no body is come to my home resolved for the same.

Gtpl customer care department & service engineer fool from last 8 days

Gtpl is not able to provided proper service in time.
So please my money return back which was taken in advance.
