GTPL — No one hearing on tall free number /operator

i am residing at c/98, karmacharinagar part-1, Ghatlodiya .i have taken gtpl channel connection on 12/3/15 by advance payment of six month.iam complaining by. 14/3/15 evening.ihave complain on your tall free number, land line number 27374578, /79.mobile number[protected], 90953134, .no one is hearing. I have tried lots of time on above mentioned numbers.i am at all not setisfird with your servise.refund my amount paid to you so that I can joint with other channel operator...----jayant
