GTPL — No transfer of connection after 13 days | |||||
Hi sir, My self S.R.Sarvaiya, I have gtpl broadband connection. I have made transfer request of gtpl broadband connection on 07/05/2017. Complaint No. is : 392728. they said it will be transferred in a week. but after 8 days and repeatedly calling customer care and office, i only get reply that it will be done today but never transferred. Its already 14 days and today i called them and they said your payment of 550 is done.. but request is not forwarded to next level.. Please do something in this matter. Thanking you in advance.
