[Resolved] GTPL — Non availability of Broadband Connection | |||
Dear Sir, I have applied for GTPL Broadband connection. The official come to my office and confirmed for the availability of the connection and I have paid the amount as per selected plan. Their cable installer came and told that it will loose connectivity by installing normal lan cable so we have to instal fibre optic cable. But when fibre optic cable installer came he calculated that it will require almost 150 mtr cable which will be costing about Rs. 12000/- to company so the technical staff has reported wrongly to upper authority regarding this and hence the rejected our application. Now I am asking them to give the reason for non connectivity in writing but they are not giving any information in writing. Please help me in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
