GTPL — Pls think five times before contract with GTPL Broadband Services

i had a problems with gtpl broadband. Internet is stop working five to seven times in a month and they took tow to three days for services. when i called at 1800 number for complaint they took it but while i said to i need to talk with manager they replied manager is not here and i will give you call in an hour but in my contract i never ever get any single call from gtpl. my advice for customer who is planning to get broadband pls dont get contract with this company bcoz of their services. i paid for 1MBPS and never get the speed of that. but i get btwn 100 to 300KBPS speed. Advice for Company: stop cheating with customers or close down your GTPL Shail Patel [protected]
