GTPL — problem with set top box

I have taken second connection on 31st May by paying Rs.1450, but the set top box supplied is not showing any Programme guide line as well as no facility of programme reminder.l have complained on phone but nobody has yet visited to solve the problem, nobody Is lifting the phone no.26577554, 55.
