respected sir, I RAMKISHOR NAGORI has stopped using GTPL Broadband connection since one month as their is serious connectivity problem. even the net is not working regularly. we have discuss this with the manger at service center. and the concerened person promised us for the refund of money.but even after one month no Email is sended from his side .I also enquire in customer care . customer ID ramkishor_77, password [protected], reciept no.92910 date 23/03/15 .from their I came to know I have use only 6 GB.
