GTPL — Set top box not starteed after one week NUID : [protected]

Dear Sir, We had taken GTPL Cable TV Connection on 30.01.2015. Our vendor is Mr. Ketanbhai Patel (+91-[protected]). He had installed set top box containing NUID : [protected]. CASN: [protected]. I had given him My Driving Licence in name of Mr. Darshan Baldevbhai Panchal. Address:- B/129, Jaybhanu Society, Nr. Shayona City, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad - 380061.My Complaint is that I had given all documents, Rs. 2000/- to Mr. Ketanbhai Patel and still out set top box not started till today. Ketanbhai is not receiving our call now and he is avoiding us. We had called customer care where told us that this customer ID documents were not submitted. While I had given all documents, all fees to Mr. Ketanbhai Patel. Now he is authorised distributor onbehalf of you so now you need to take certain action again him and kindly start out set top box urgently.
