GTPL — Transfer Problem

Hello Team, My name is Rushi Panchal from Ahmedabad. I changed my location and due to that i submit transfer application all most 15 days submitted application but transfer is not done. Every day i visit new location (New Naroda) operator but he is not giving me answer for same. I called GTPL customer case even they are not helping me to come out this issue. So please help me regarding this transfer process. i already pay 550 rs as joining fee and document but still no improvement. Thank You Rushi Panchal
