I would like to inform that i had registered for broadband connection on 16th sept'16 for 300 gb (200 gb + 100 gb) for time period of 12 months @rs.4100 via mr. Uday (Sales representative). However, on 23rd august'17 my internet was stopped after usage of 200 gb, when i called on customer care service number, i was told that my 200 gb data is exhausted due to which the service has stopped. I explained them that my plan was of 300 gb (Receipt attached for reference) and 100 gb should be credited after completion of 200 gb as committed by sales representative and mentioned in receipt but they said there is no record in the system for further extension of 100 gb.
I further came in touch with mr. Nimesh solanki (Sabarmati branch) and was informed that now it would not be possible to extend 100gb as there is no such plan in which this data can be extended in my plan.
As a customer i would not tolerate such serious mis-commitment and i hereby request you to please refund my amount for 100 gb as i already have certain number of days left for the service. The refund calculation is as mentioned below.
Refund calculation
A) amount paid for 300 gb for 12 months subscription = rs.4100
B) per gb charges (Rs.4100/300) = rs.13.66
C) refund amount required for 100 gb data not extended as per the plan (100 gb x rs.13.66) = rs.1366
