GTPL — you are not authorized to view channel contact cable operator

above is the message that appears on each and every channel, even if I paying my channel bills regularly, in my entire apartment I am the only one having this problem, tried to contact local cable operator which rarely answers the phone and said don't call me after 6 pm, dont know what else to do, please have someone look into it.
