Sir, Today (9th may 2018.) i have booked two tickets from una to gondal for the date of 10th may. Bus time at una 13:20., diu-rajkot bus.. Payment 236 rupees deducted from my sbi account but ticket not generated. I want to refund my money. So request to refund my money. My mail id are given below for further communication. There was a bus from BHILODA to una earlier ..but don't no way they shorten the route to BHILODA to Somnath..there is only direct bus to una so it's very difficult to travel on that route .I am regular passenger of that bus ..so it was very difficult for me to travel to una .please consider this problem and restart that bus route
