I'm a daily commuter of halol-vadodara route and use gsrtc services. I want to complain about irresponsible conductor who provide tickets to passengers for keeping their handbags on seat and denying women to sit instead. I booked a ticket from dhasa to ahmedabad. The fare is ₹139. The money is deducted from my sbi account but ticket was not generated. I have paid through online sbi through bill desk payement gateway. My ob reference number is :GS4934542. Please refund my money.
