Hello! My daughter khushbu Chinoy have booked ticket online from ahmedabad nehrunagar to vadodara bus depo with return trip two times on 19th November 2016 between 8:30 to 9:30. money is also deducted from Hdfc bank a/c both d times (Rs.400+ 400) but didn't get confirmation sms or email and tickets didn't get booked Even though payment success msg appeared both d times. I have booked two tickets from Baroda to Rajkot online and mention my mobile number and email address then balance is less from my ICICI bank account amount is Rs.woo but any message not came from GSRTC on my mobile or email address so provide me my booked tickets
