Mr.Sudipto Ghosh (India Services Executive Director) Subject: - After-sales service in relation to the worst. I had bought a Lenovo Laptop; It’s Model No. is G-50-30 & Sn.no.-PF04F36X, and the invoice number 113 & book no. 03, dated 31 Jan 2015. I saw some problems, so i do online i complained & it is 1- LCD[protected] and the 2-CHARGER[protected] dated 31/08/2015. Moreover, they give me local service center address At Amritsar. but my problem not solved there, And they need 1 week to solve my case but i am student and my classes going to start on from 7 Aug. so i have to move From Kanpur which is my home town to Amritsar and i do complain again from Amritsar and then my laptop i give to Amritsar Lenovo service center and they told me my. Laptop have now Motherboard problem and after 10 Days still they had not my problem and till today i have no any updation about my laptop and they not telling me what’s going on so please. kindly do some action because in my laptop there is so.
