Haier Air Conditioner — not working properly | |||
Hi, i have purchased a haier air conditioner in your arakkonam branch on 26/07/2017. It is installed on 27/07/2017 but not working fine. Am not getting the chillness in my room. I have informed your branch to replace the same since it is not working but as of now it is not replaced. Hereafter myself and my relatives will stop purchase in sathya. How come faulty products are supplied to customers? And even there is not quick response from your team to resolve the complaint. It clearly shows how you are caring about your customers and your invaluable services. I feel very bad about your services i will strongly recommend to my friends and colleagues not to go for sathya. More water droplets appears on door, right, Left and top of outside of the fridge from last 2 day's.
