Dear sir,
I have done complaint of led on 03.04.2016 (Complaint id- gu[protected]) and complaint was attended by the service engineer on 03.04.2016 and taken a service charge of rs 802/- (Copy attached).
As i have shown all the paper available with me to service engineer. He is agreed the as per the paper available with me, led is having extended warranty for 4 yrs (Certificate attached). Service engineer told that there is problem in led screen and which is going to replace without any extra cost with in one to two week. After 15 day i have contacted the service center, they told it’s in the process and will done within weeks’ time. Than after a week i have called they told it will done within two days. Suddenly on 29th night i received a message on my registered mobile no [protected], that my service request has been cancelled as bill is not available.
I am quit surprise after a lapse of 27 days company say bill is not available. I have got this led as a promotional offer from amrapali developer. Paper given by the amrapali developer is also attached for your reference.
Please do the needful is this regard to resolve the my problem as early as possible as one month already passed.

Haier — Mobile key not function properly
If the haier company wants to grow up, please first clearly mention its service center list with name & mobile number so as to the person who use haier brand would not face lots of problem
