Haier — Haier mobile phone instrument unlock regarding

I have haier mobile instruments,
At present, the same instrument locked, i refer to some repair people, they advise me to contact service centre, also advised that only service centre people can unlocked the mobile instrument.

My residence is at anand, gujarat state pin code 388001,
And earlier there was one haier service centre in my town, but now it is also closed,
I request you please give me nearest mobile service centre details so that i can unlocked my mobile instrument at the same centre.

Or you may advice how to unlock the same instrument.
