Haier — Haier split ac 1.5tons | |||||
Bought a new split AC Haier 1.5 tonnes in Jan 2015 but since the day of purchase the cooling is inadequate, slow & non satisfactory. I tried using the help of haier service engineers but no improvement observed & issues persited. Frustrated, I insisted a replacement in October 2015 when Haier service team changed the installation & refilled gas to provide a temporary solution. From Nov15-Feb16 the AC was idle due to winter & as I started in March16, the same old problems started. Now it is a burden of 30k which does everything other than what an AC is supposed to do (i.e. Cooling). Repeat reminder mails to Haier for replacement & refund has no reply other than them asking for service charge. Online complaints also drew same result.my registered contact no [protected].
