Hi,
I bought split ac in 2014. After few months i had logged a lots of complaint about product but company is unable to repair one single problem i. E.ac not cooling.in last 4 months from april'16 i logged 7 complains and paid almost 6-7 thousands inr for one and only problem ac not cooling, but not respite. Most of this summer i spend with faulty ac. Now they asking for another 4 thousand to rectify the problem saying coils is leaking. I said no to any more payment as this fraud company has already looted my too much. Now company has rejected my request.
I am saying from bottom of my heart that haier is the most unethical company who believes in looting poor customer's hard earned money. They will keep the problem alive to meet their hidden agenda.
1. 4th april - logged complain, person came took 2200 for gas refilling and service change and let.ac worked so for 10 days.
2. 14th may - logged complain, person came took service charge and said it’s not working due to dust.
3. 6th june - logged complain, person came took service charge and said there is some leakage and now 5 point gas is there, however it should be 7. We will refill 2 points gas and it would work this time.
4. 20th july - logged complain, person came and said leakage in valve. Charged 800 for valve, 450 for service, 2000 for gas 2nd time in 3 months, but unfortunately didn't work. Then he said compressor is not working.
5. They came back after few days with compressor and said everything is fine and it would work this time after taking 3 thousands. The date was 28th july.
6. 16th august - logged complain, person came and said leakage in coil and i need to pay another 4000. Seriously it sucks. I said no and the cancelled my complain.
7. 18th august - i have sent an email to their customer service and they escalated my issue. Today they called me and imagine what the resolution is. They are saying 20% discount on 4000. The nonsense lot doesn't even understand the agony and frustration of poor customer bcz the motive it to loot the customer as much as possible. I wonder if i continue using this crap product, they would charge an amount equal to new ac in few months’ time in the name service. Only god can save haier's customer's.
Can you please help me if you can?
