[Resolved]  Haier — Haier Washing machine - Not Good quality

Hi, I have bought a new Haier washing machine from Chandra Traders, Velachery main road, Selaiyur, Chennai - 6000073. After just one use, we have found that the machine is not working properly and also is not of food quality. We informed the dealer but there is no proper response from them. The price of the machine is Rs.8500/- but it is not befitting the quality. More over the salesman had introduced the product as a german one but it is of china make product. We feel cheated on purchase. Please help us find a fair solution for the issue. Thanks, Shahul Hameed. [protected]
