Haier India — Air conditioner | |||||
Dear sir This is in regards with the Haier split ac 1.5 ton that I bought on 30.05.2015 from Electronic Paradise, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. From 10th month of purchase, the compressor of air conditioner stop working. I have lodged a complaint with customer care on 22.05.2016 and was promised to attend it in 24hours. Its been more dan 30 hrs and my complaint is still pending. On contacting again, some numbers were provided by customer care as field technician. On calling, those numbers are found to be switched off. On again contacting customer care, a number quoting area manager was provided which found to be of a customer. Once again customer care provide a field technician number named Vikash Palla and this person refuse to take the call due to minor rain which stops in next 5 minute. He also provided a wrong details of his area manager Ms. Priyanka and on informing him about the wrong details, he started misbehaving and shouting. Once again I contacted customer care, the executive and his senior start laughing at my problem and quote that the problem can only b attended in second half of day. Also these people mentally harass us for the service. Requesting you to please look into the issue and try to resolve it as we are already in trouble due to non working of air conditioner.
