I purchased ac on april 24, 2017 and the installation team came after a week for installation it worked fine for a month, suddenly it stopped cooling... I have contacted service center and raised complaint on 11 june 2017.
Even after 10 days no person from service team have contacted me, instead i am contacting them and begging for visit. Branch manager itself seems irresponsible and not taking care. Really frustrated with the product, i wont buy and prefer haier products to buy.

Updated by Shantha k My Complaint number is CH[protected], i have contacted Mr.Chandramohan thrice, but he is not taking care. even i contacted customer care multiple times but they seems to be terrific. as a customer haier made us begging for service. very good experience with Haier which i never forget in my whole life. Keep up the good work..
Currently my friends told me that i can register a case for this and to the court they are answerable. but i thought of wait for one more day.
