My haier ac was not cooling because of improper installation done on April 1st 2022. Haier service engineer, Awadesh([protected]) told me there is gas leakage and was supposed to fill the gas but never showed up. I have complained customer care but no body comes to fill the gas.

Haier service is pathetic and their customer care executives don't know how to talk and resolve customer issues.

Updated by Pradeep Singh Bora The service are manager, Rahul Verma ([protected]) doens't care about customer problems and have no humanity to call back atleast and understand customer problem. I called him 3 times, he never called me back. No response over WhatsApp. Don't know who made him manager.
