I have purchased Frost Self-Clean 2023 Split Inverter Ac through on-line 30 April 2023 & installation scheduled on 7 May 2023. Mechanic visited in the morning as per schedule. I was shocked when I saw the Behaviour of Mechanic is very rude & illiterate
He supposed to make fool customer & he think that customer doesn't aware about product, service& installation information.
First of fall he doesn't have a drill machine, vacuum cleaner & when I asked how to hole in wall he told m that hole in wall through hammer. I shocked how he is was professional
Then he explained me about other charges
Copper charges Rs 320/- per foot ( approx 24 foot) with unnecessary extension of wire by round movement & i Urgent them to take them straight but refuse.
Stand charges ₹850
Stand installation charges Rs 250
He also carry child labour & demand for his labour charges .
I have provided new copper wire, Stand but he refused them for installation & demand m huge total for above, why is it so??
Please explain m is it compulsory for customer to pay heafty charges (appx.Rs 16000)
Where is mentioned that in installation process mechanic have to use his material with high price
This is the clear violation of customer right i.e we called them monopoly.
Is it company policy to hire child labour for installation process??
If there is any mishappening with child who will be responsible??
Please look into matter & resolve it
