In 1st day engineer mr faisan quideri (M-[protected]) comes to my house fitting my ac, not instructed told me my fisting time closed, problem solved in tomorrow, i contact three days, but my problem not solve. Than 3days after a madam call me plz provide code (M-[protected]), i explained my problem, she told me sorry sir, our work is done. Till now my problem is same it is. Kindly requested to change my remote and why water is leaking in ac and drop in my room.

A Haier executive came to my place in the morning to see the TV repair issue. He charged 826 rs just for visiting. When I decided not to go for the repair services and asked for the refund they clearly declined saying these are company charges. This is unfair and taking too much money from the customers under the name of the company.
