I have purchased ac 1 year ago. At that time your executive find that no gas in compressor even gas leakage problem in indoor unit. I complain many times. But still no any response from your side. Before 2.5 months your asm mr amit from jamnagar and bsm mr. Prajapati from ahmedabad said parts is not available in india. Before 1 month they said you return your indoor unit to ahmedabad and you got new indoor unit. But still i don't get any response.
Please resolve it as possible. Because i purchased it for new baby born. He is just 10months old and he suffer a lot. For god sake solve it as soon.

We brought ac from haier .the service is very poor.the customer care people are also not able to send the service centre people for repair.
