I had purchased an Air conditioner on 23.02.23 model no Haier SAC 1.6 T 5INV HSU19C-TFW5B
At the time of purchase, we were told that we would be getting 3 services free ( 2 dry & 1 wet)
Now firstly the 3 services we were given by Haier, so it was there responsibility to follow up for the services with customers which never happened. Due to which my 1 service got lapsed. Still, I did let go.
On January 23 Haier person had come for dry servicing. He had said that I can avail my last wet service in the month of Feb 23.
I had called Haier service centre for my service.
When I spoke to their customer support, they also committed the ac servicing calls were never made from your end to me for my ac service.
Today is 23rd Feb 23 I asked them to send some for my last service. they said it can’t be possible since yesterday was the last day.
Now firstly the fault is from their side by not following with customers for giving ac services in which customers like us suffered.
If they had followed up for the services from their side this problem wouldn't have been created.
