We reside abroad and make short visits to India from time to time. I purchased two A/c units and five year extended warranty for both these units from QRS slightly about a year ago. There is a two times a year service is part of the agreement. QRS in turn arranges Haier to visit and service the units. The person who showed up refused to perform service other than one unit falsely stating the number of a/c units is not mentioned anywhere in the receipt from QRS. The customer service personnel seem clueless and rude. They even hung up the call in the middle of the conversation. We have waited three separate days from morning till evening waiting for Haier service folks to show up which they did not. We have lost three valuable days of our short vacation and servicing has not yet been completed so far. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Haier and the people who represent the company.
