I bought 1.5 Ton AC on 08/04/2017. Model no: HSU-19TCB3C. This AC is not working at all. I complained in customer care 3 times regarding this but no response received from them. Two times technician came and did something but still problem is not solved..If i am calling technician, they are not picking my calls. And if they picked, they are telling they don't have time today to come. Even Customer care also not giving any response on complaining about the technician.

Despite the complaint the engineer failed to show-up..
he called up at 4 pm today 27/04/2017 telling me that he will be coming in 1 hour but even after 3 hours he didn't showed up and he even deliberately avoided my phone...
its disgusting...
