Complaint - Getting 'F8' error
So far 3 complaints have been raised since April. Only once service person has come and he also did not know how to resolve the issue.
Lately we have been contacting the branch manager, he has been promising to resolve the issue in a day since 23rd of May.
We have also come to know that are complaints have been closed without our knowledge even when the problem is not resolved.
Following are the complete details of the complaint and their action towards it.

We have raised complaint thrice, Service persons attending the complaint have not resolved the problem but they are closing the tickets.
We purchased the AC in last week of March from Sathyas, Arumbakkam, Chennai and from then on we are struggling with this problem..
We are getting error message in A.C- displayed as 'F8' and the AC stops working for an hour or more, we faced so many sleepless nights...
So we raised complaint #1 in online first- service person came and they were not aware of F8 error, he told 'f' means fan and fan not working... Then they told they'll look into the issue...
Again after 2 weeks we called them... they have been giving reasons after reasons... fully liars...
Reason #1:
Service person told that they were receiving 'outdoor unit' from Bangalore, will it take 2 weeks to receive an unit from bangalore?
After 3 weeks Reason #2: (May 21st 2017)
Now service personnel are telling they received wrong unit after 3 weeks?
So for one ticket they can receive only one unit and they want us to close the complaint and raise again so that they can get correct product... we told u it's ur duty to get correct product..
Reason #3: (May 22nd 2017)
Since they were not aware of the error they asked some senior person to address the issue...still he hasn't come..
Meantime service person Karthik from Chennai he called me and told the complaint #2 is raised and it's been 15 days and they haven't closed so they asked us to give the secret number and close the issue and he told he'll raise the same complaint in different number and he himself will take forward. Even after giving the secret code he hasn't raised a new complaint yet and to follow up the issue we had called him, he didn't even respond to the call...
Reason #4: (May 26th 2017)
They closed the 3rd ticket without any proper justification ...we got a message telling we have not produced the bills so the 3rd ticket is closed, we have the original bills with us, we have not been asked for it...
Really these service guys are not concerned about the complaints. No one is ready to take it forward to resolve this issue...
So please don't buy this.. worst and useless service provide by Haier Chennai...
How come without resolving they are closing the issue...
Kindly help us...
