Bmr fridge 345 ltr bought in december 2016. Since then we have reported water leakage problem three times from the bottom tray. All 3 occasions, the technician came and removed water from the tray as it is not possible for us to empty the tray ourselves. I sincerely feel that this is due to a design defect of the product and the company engineers and the r&d people are not able to rectify the same. I'm worried that post december 2017, my warranty for this fridge would be over and every two months, i will have to call the technician to clean water and that time i'd need to pay 350rs. To the haier company. Is this my fault that the haier company has developed a faulty item? Why should i be penalized every two months for somebody else's incompetence? This water leakage causes me and my family a lot of discomfort and we curse ourselves for buying a haier fridge. Is the company listening? Was this information helpful? | |||||
