I want to complaint against a service center person Mr Mumtaz, his contact number is +[protected].
I complaint about my split AC body as it was broken and there was some leakage from the AC, I got his call that you have registered a complaint to Haier, we will provide you the service. His manpower came and changed the body after 10 days and the day they repaired the AC, next day morning I went out station. I came yesterday morning and got to know that my AC is not working properly and not doing any cooling work. I realised it is matter of gas leakage, I contacted the same person and complaint in Haier again. He said that he will charge me Rs 2950 for filling the gas.
I checked with another vendor, he charged me Rs 2500. When the vendor checked ac, they informed that the previous person who changed the body did not tighten the flair of AC due to that gas leakage is happened.
I contacted that person again(Mumtaz) that your person has done this mistake and now you need to fix this but that person started arguing with me that you have done this purposely and calling me to get free gas for ac and all.
He said that I am thief and that he is not sitting to help customers but to Eran money and so on.
I would like to know how such people can do the service is this big brands like Haier. Such cheap and third grade people who do not have manners and just harrassing the customer by providing pathetic service so that he can earn again and again.
But this kind of service is very disgusting from Haier and I Haier to take some action against that man as he might be cheating and charging money from people.
