Haier India Deep Freezer — Defects in r600a, 345 litre fridge

Dear Sir,
I purchased R600a model fridge in June 2015 in Lucknow. Within warranty period, it developed the problem of ice forming on the floor of freezer and consequent water leakage/dripping on to the floor of the room. The engineer visited and identified the problem as blocking of some pipe and rectified. The same problem has occurred again.
I understand the warrant period is over but the same problem has come again which was reported within warranty period. Now I want to be clear whether it is a piece defect or model defect or something is wrong with technology and whether a permanent solution is possible? If not, it puts a big question mark on the reputation of the products of the company. I wish to mention that all my previous fridges from Godrej/ Kelvinator, Samsung etc never developed problems like this and they were changed only due to requirements like capacity change. This is the first case of finding recurring problem.
Also, on searching your site for service centres in Lucknow, I could not find Lucknow listed in cities o[censored]P ! The guide cum catalogue cum warranty card also does not mention service centre.
Please provide solution to avoid disillusionment from product and the company.
