Complaint number h[protected] dated on 17/oct /2017 still there is no sign of resolving, on daily basis i contact them, mails, twitter, customer care and live chat, branch heads and sales team to solve my issue, only reply even after 44 days i get is "complaint is in process". Every day i am promised to get solved and i am not able to buy new machine. Already i have spend huge amount paying to maids to wash clothes. Was this information helpful? |
It seems to be a Manufacturing defect, but Haier India wont accept and asking for a high visit charge...
