Dear sir/ madam,
With reference to the above, this is to inform you that the refrigerator bought under the invoice mentioned has frequent problem of water leakage from the back side bottom end and the water spills on the floor which is not only dangerous and inconvenient for the family members but is an indication that there is some manufacturing/ design defect with the product.
For your kind information, since the date of buying the fridge on 13th december 2016, we have lodged complaints to haier company service tel. Number[protected] on 14th january ’17, 30th january ’17, 11th june ’17, and 2nd july ’17. On first three complaints, the company technician came and emptied the tray that was over filling with water and assured us that there was nothing wrong with the fridge but the problem kept persisting. On 2nd july again we lodged same complaint but till 9th july, no action has been taken by the company. On 6th july, the matter was reported to mr. Virendra, customer support manger at haier on mobile #[protected] who has again assured us to look into the matter. He could not do anything probably being too busy with his work.
We have been a regular and old customer of cmm arena and have never found any troubles with the appliances bought from you earlier but this fridge has really taken a toll on our patience. We seriously think that this is a design defect that the haier company engineers are unable to solve. Our apprehension is that once the first year passes for warranty against manufacturing defects, the haier company will start charging us money on these visits of their technicians for a problem that is due to the defects in their product. We are not ready to accept this and request you to take up the matter with m/s haier to refund our money at the earliest & take back their product and we will be happy to buy another make fridge from you.
